VSP numbers?

Any idea how many have asked for VSP out of total eligible?

What's your guess on employee target reduction number?

How are people finding out the CoC amount and payment date? Is the Anadarko excel file been used?

Wake up if OXY can’t be straight up why stay. Take the severance and move on. There will not be any money on the table in the future so take it and take some time off and enjoy life. Remember it’s just a job and not ones life. What’s more important?

What is happening with the Western Gas Midstream and the staffing of that company? Will it have separate employees throughout the organization or will some be on loan from OXY?

I’d heard something like 70% of those eligible took the VSP package. No idea what kind of number that is reflective of overall, but I’m guessing some disciplines will be hit harder than others. I’d think that’d lead to folks being CoC’d where personnel numbers are bloated, especially now that we’ve got an idea of budget and activity level moving into 2020 and both are basically bare bones.

Hoping anyone not assigned to a job by now can get CoC. Really, it is not good news to be forced to stay with a manager that has not connected with you. No offense to management but life is too short to deal with your mood swings.
