I love how the flavor of this week has been PRO ACCOUNT CREDIT CARD APPS! He sent his District Managers to every store to yell at store mangers and employees saying the Pro Staff is doing well enough. All while providing ZERO resources. Marv and his racist team of clowns care about QUANTITY only... get apps get apps get apps. Meanwhile, the pro team gets em, but then no one ever services the accounts for many reasons, the biggest being we have no fkkn staff!!! No delivery service that is reliable, no one to pull orders - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Lowes takes their money, then wham! No service.

One Pro guy has gotten like 5 accounts this month all approved with 15k credit limits and the other pro specialists got 25 but all turned down / not approved. Guess who management favors, and who they say is under-performing?
This is one of many reasons why Lowe;s is failing. No leaders with brains in charge, just empty suits!!
