Xerox Direct is busy I'm sure. A fraction of the manpower with a fraction of knowledge. Unethical con men... Crash and burn losers.
Most Cores are down YOY. Experienced reps are leaving, new reps don’t have the experience yet and office support has given up supporting sales to a large extent.
Xerox Direct has been very busy and above plan so that's good to see.
