I was told they were having to give presentations to justify their existence. My understanding is they do this once a year. I would think they could have meetings on something more productive but then again Frontier management shows their intelligence daily.
It’s more than just about inside or outside techs given who is in these meetings
no they are meeting to see how to bust down the morale of the techs in the field and scare the c-ap out of them to keep getting more production in eight hours and also learning how to beat them down more all of the mangers are animals and they will eat their own mother if they had to screw them
heard they are meeting with local mngrs. to try to come up with some sort of productivity measuring tool/system. so they can measure what the inside techs do,as we don't receive any sort of credit for working with outside techs,routines,running fibers ,etc
