@ 3gra it’s worse than confused. They know what they are doing. In their minds they are getting rid of what they call high expense items and replacing them with cut rate expenses. A huge majority of huge people being let go are employees with pensions, I know I was one of them let go this year. And when this all goes to heck they will leave with their fat bonuses and perks for doing such a good job of cutting costs. They do not care what will happen to the company just so they can bleed it for all they can and then bolt to the next host. Sounds like a parasite doesn’t it?
It isn’t working in Canada period. The business is very frustrated. How can Pepsi cut people then post their positions for hire? It just shows how incredibly confused the leadership is. It’s a comedy.
In Mississauga Ontario Canada, they've just posted a regular TSA job on the external facing website. Looks like their little badly trained minions aren't working out.
