They could lay off another 3000 this year and Fudgin Farrell still not going to hit 60% Hes not Hunter. He never will be. He will never hit 60% with this company. EVER. Period. End of story. He can go lie to another group of Investors. The company is not built or structured to reach that number and it never will be.

If I had a gun to my head, and had to make a best guess, I'd gamble with the first week of December. Then go monthly as they re-evaluate phase 3 of the TOP21 plan. We won't be safe until the OR hits the mid 50s and stays there, or the bottom falls out.

Stock market recommendations are starting to list as sell for NSC. We are about to hit a full blown panic like we've never seen before.

The company is moving forward with technology, and backwards with labor relations and safety.

NS is also facing a 30 something million dollar lawsuit from a coal company which isn't going to help.
