This used to be a great place to work with good pay and great benefits. None of those things are true anymore.
These days, work/life balance is nonexistent. Yes, you get paid more the more you work, but that hard work does not reflect on pay raises. If you get anything above the inflation, consider yourself lucky.
And don't get me started on our benefits. We went from being top-of-the-line to bottom-of -the-pack in just the past several years. What happened to our healthcare? Or 401k matching?
Everything seems to be going downhill here lately. I just keep wondering what's next...
