Xerox has a reliable history of the pre-Thanksgiving Day Parade (layoffs). Now that Project OwnIt has only delivered 60% of the savings commitment for 2019 we can only assume this years event will be significant. Good luck to all. If you can exit before the severance policy is adjusted downward to two weeks, I would recommend doing so. Remember, contact an attorney immediately upon being asked to sign a general release.

To everyone not walked out today: something to be thankful for.
- 3yrd hi management, or non-MBA. Indian “expert”? Meetings have started appearing on calendars. Waiting to see if they are “the” mtgs.
Running out of time before Thanksgiving. My bet is that there will be very little action taken before a possible HP merge (us buying them or vice versa.)
After a merge, the savings of eliminating redundancy look better if there are more positions removed. Therefore they will wait to have the biggest public impact.
Thursday coming. Good luck to most, excluding those who aligned with brash, egotistical bullies and “somehow didn’t realize it at the time” but now do. For those, see you down under but for different reasons.
Little Man is here assuredly to swing the hatchet at Infrastructure employee totals. Prevailing rumor is Thursday so won’t have to wait until Turkey day for the next pink slip boogaloo.
Turkeys get treated better!
Nobody is getting laid off anymore. Wave 2 of moving employees over to HCL is next
Little man (call him Tino) in town this week. Job function: ruin lives. My wager is Thursday he will have something to say. Bystanders: google lawsuits against him. Scope: XIM/XDX
When does the severance change to 2 weeks?
The state of this company is simply disgusting
