Thread regarding Nordstrom layoffs

CAO exit

So I was just screwing around, I googled “Nordstrom Starbucks Nike Vice President” just to see if a certain talentless someone would come up — yup.

But another person was listed who has the opposite trajectory, ending up at Nordstrom in 2017 as an exciting C-suite addition.

This person has now left the company for another retailer. Can someone please explain and expand upon her tenure, comment on its significance for the company?

And for the earnings in about two weeks? Will 11/21 be a shocker?

I’m looking forward to seeing the Manhattan FLS soon.

Oh I see, off to REI.

I thought they were done hiring ex-Nordstrom refugees.

After only two years. Very ominous, not good at all.
