Quit paying bonuses money problem solved

Problem solved most companies cut pay and quit paying bonuses when things get tuff but Chesapeake keeps paying bonuses to worthless workers upwards 25,000 or more for long term employees and 13,000 and less for 10 years or less employees. And Has anyone looked into what the CEO bonus Is . Why is the company broke the spend money like they have it . If the stock holders demanded to see what they pay out in incentives and bonuses they would think twice about investing in the company. Plus they need to audit the employee performance plans because if your buddies with the right person your safe with job and bonus. It sad how the hard working employees are drummed out and if you not on the good ol boy system with the right people they will lie on you to get you laid off . That day is shortly coming where the sh– employees will stay and line there pockets with whatever cash chesapeake gives them and they drum the good ones out

There are no better paying jobs in the oilfeild. I tell you to go look cut there bonuses and save the company thats company wide and corporate bonuses need to go. Why give the worker bonus if there going to be no company going foward it will save them a ton of money by cutting bonuses

Bonuses are needed at the worker bee level, otherwise the worker bees will find a better bee hive. Pay = Added Value + Job Risk+ Company b—s—. Job risk and b—s— are extremely high. I love the b—s— because this results in higher pay required to keep me around. Bring on the 4DX, Unfreezing, New project tracking software, Meetings, presentations so VP’s know what we do and Mood Elevator so we can be paid more. The idea of walking the halls and talking to the front line by the VP’s is an outdated concept.

Start by cutting KD's position – that alone would be good for an immediate $2 bump in the stock price.
