You want to fix problems, you don't need psr. You can be the most important person at a location, screw sh*t up daily, cost the company money due to your short comings, be dumb as hell, how you ask?? Simple who is your family. And don't worry, they always find a scape goat to protect them. Until real problems are fixed, no problem can be fixed. Wtf? People who can't do the jobs have the jobs thanks to the buddy system.

The people who have the “jobs” got the job because of their daddy who would probably be shaking their heads and maybe slapping a few of them if they knew what their kids were doing to the company they broke their back trying to keep going so that eventually there would be jobs to pay for their retirement when they retired and when their kids retired. Those guys were proud of the work they did and took care of the guys that worked for them because they realized the guys were the ones who made or broke them at the end of the day. Yea the buddy system helped further a few careers but with out the fathers they wouldn’t be working in the first place sadly now those in the “jobs” true colors are showing do to PSR and their own incompetence but since they are yes men they’ll be there until the current glass palace residents vacate and they are replaced with actual intelligent residents that have a clue what railroading actually is.
