What’s an unfreezing session? You obviously haven’t been reconditioned by the Chesa!!! Be thankful you don’t know what it is! It is a slight of hand to distract the employees from what the real problem is, lack of leadership!!!
Some id–t or id–ts will organize more of that wasteful (time and money) c-ap of culture training and LETS. We’ve made millionaires of those two “company leaches” and it needs to STOP so we can all get back to the real business of finding oil and gas and paying off debt. The people that keep that kind of distracting c-ap going should be FIRED ! My mood elevator is low until the stock can get over a buck and I could care less if I’m green gold blue orange purple teal lavender - uh you get my point !!
