It's that simple. Talk about losing sight of your values...

So many good employees forced out or have jumped ship in the last few years. And when I say good employees, they are the best. The best of the best is leaving State Farm. Why are they they best? So many reasons, but mostly because they care about the company. They were taught to care about the company they worked for, and they were taught to care about the customer they worked for. They put years in their work, most of these are 25+ year employees, with knowledge and skill that cannot be replaced. Its so sad what State Farm has changed into. They don't care for their employees at all anymore, so how can the customer even be considered? The good neighbor slogan was really what the company was, but is no longer. Its all changed from being in your neighborhood, to a hub filled with kids that will never be taught the lessons that made State Farm great in the first place, because those that taught those lessons are almost mostly gone. Its sad to be so proud to work for a company for so many years, but to have it come to an end, after 30 years, with shame of how the company has changed for the worse.
Foolish mortals!
I thought there pay raises and increased benefits mentioned in previous posts?
Ed told me he's retired. Leave him alone
What does Ed think about this?
Time to leave. With the reduced pay and benefits, I can b treated like dirt at better companies. SF you're fired!
