This is all smoke and mirrors. Its just HP and Zerox working together to gain interest from investors. I would be shock if it ended up going down the way its being reported. More likely will go the other way.
Wow, that's unreal. Xerox to attempt to buy HP. Which means a ton of debt taken on. Why not let HP buy Xerox?
The plan is to merge two dying companies & then cut cut cut. Maybe Xerox will stop manufacturing and just sell. In any case TIME TO GET OUT NOW.

Did you read the article? It says XEROX may buy HP - not the other way around. The headline is misleading...
