The people in the field could give 2 sh-ts about him! We haven’t heard jack sh-t from management for a long time... it’s pretty hard to be good soldiers when our leadership is absent from the picture... all we get is threats from our immediate supervisors it’s complete bs! I wish they would just sell our asset and be finished it actually makes a little money

Completely agree with person below. That person forced us into this issue because he refused to listen to the hundreds of people telling him to stop. And he will walk away with all that money with no worries.
Really? He didn’t do as much as he should. He is blinded by his loyalty to his Anadarko peeps and allows them to influence him into terrible decisions. When management of a specific asset is flat out saying we need to slow down in our own asset but a certain EVP can’t accept that and keeps pushing for more wells prematurely thus producing the biggest scorpion EVER! Quarter after quarter. And DL did nothing.
