They're cutting out the middle man, I don't see what the big deal is. Instead of getting credit for items before discarding them we are now free to take our returns and damaged merchandise and throw them directly in the compactor. Much simpler this way. What did RTM really bring to the table other than tens of thousands of dollars of money back into the store? Just chuck it in the garbage and move on with your life! It's not difficult.
