The Great Place to Work Inc. rating is all about political correctness, intersectionality, diversity and inclusion, safe spaces, and so on. It has nothing to do with productivity, career growth, competitive success, good products, customer satisfaction or any of that.

You can get really good results when you survey the BOD and the ELT. They're super-excited to rate everything at Cisco 5 stars , 10/10 and AWESOME!!!

Boy, now there's a loaded statement. I wonder how much this ranking cost?
