Any other stores experience change in management? A lot of moves in my district are happening just wondering if this is prep for some ASMS to be let go???? (As previously rumored)
Monday/Tuesday new CEO will be touring store 303. I’m in the west coast and RMs/DMs will be flying to the east coast for the visit. Seems like it might be positive since he’s taking action by visiting stores first instead of sitting in corp his first week.
We’ve been told about a reshuffle at our store, leads having to take on another lead position and double up on responsibilities. We’ve been told it’s a take it or leave the company situation, and understandably, we’re all worried how this is going to work. We’re already stretched to the breaking point at this time, the ASMs that haven’t left are convinced they’re either being laid off or transferred, it’s hard to see how any one of us can carry on being LOD, cashier and floor coverage at the same time with no assistance, and now added responsibilities? You want us to work three times as hard? Pay us more than the entry level salary at the local supermarkets. We’ve become the lowest paid job in the area, and whoever is left working at the stores actually wants to be there, so the least they can do is reward our loyalty with a decent, competitive paycheck instead of p***ing on us and complaining that we don’t like it.

If you're an 50 hour ASM get a job before they fire you! I left 3 months ago. Then they closed my store and fired everyone.
A lot of stores in my region will be facing a reshuffle as we are out soon to be 2 SMs, and a few ASMs have left within the next few weeks. I haven’t heard of anyone becoming an ASM in almost 2 years. We will see what happens.

He should go out on his own, be incognito and visit random stores and truly see whats going on instead of being escorted around to the stores that have been cleaned up the day before and having a full staff on-hand when he arrives.
Store that is being visited is and always has been a dump. (With horrendous service to boot) In typical bbb fashion, resources will be shifted to put lipstick on the pig and new management will be given a tour through the fairytale forest .
Let’s hope for some positive change, we sure as heck need it. Our store management is being reshuffled, and there is talk of a new SM being brought in to replace the one we have right now, who is not a leader by any definition.
