I'm thinking yes. Whatever happens, the company will be still standing in the end.

GM failed once already and the government saved them. They will likely go into bankruptcy again with Mary’s flawed thinking on autonomous vehicles and their inability to design build ANY world class vehicles.
GM will either merge with Ford or become part of history in 10 years or less.
Yes it is, however I do see GM falling to the bottom of the ladder, I think another company will dominant but not sure which one yet.
