Was it a store visit from Marvin? Heard he’s the biggest woody of them all!
The costume has to fall within dress code. The dress code is pretty laxed at Lowes. If the associate was just wearing the Woody clothes with the vest over it. The hat is kind of pushing it, the mask would be a no
No one wants to work with a woody ,,, what was he thinking ?
a similar thing happened at our store, an associate came in dressed as Robert Tillman and was immediately sent home
To be a Lowe’s employee is to be miserable. We used to give out dog biscuits (with permission) to the four legged customers but not anymore. New store manager shut that down. Now all we do is up-sell; are you sure you don’t want the 2 year plan it’s only a few dollars more, just pennies a day!
Of course it goes against everything Lowe's stands for. Blowe's employees should not be allowed to: 1) Be happy. 2) Promote/ bring happiness to others (including "the little helpers"-as the LOWESMOM calls them) . 3) Show engagement of nor condone anything that doesn't involve opening a Lowe's credit card or a lead.
Our store allows costumes as long as the fall within the dress code.
Well if your store didnt allow for costumes, he was violating dress code policy. Not every store or company allows for costumes.
