It’s a two week window starting mid-November, right after RIF season.

We will probably be given a very short window to enroll with hopes many will miss the deadline and go without insurance for 2020. Another great idea for cutting costs by Johnny V and the team. Additionally, if more of us die, at least they don't have to fire us and pay severance or unemployment.

An admin said November 4th. As to why we haven’t gotten a “enrollment coming soon” email, my humble opinion is because this is an evolving cut and dry company who no longer values the employee and what they can contribute, but rather looks at the employee’s salary and benefits as a thorn in its side. This is just how I have been made to feel by everything I am witnessing unfold.

I’m guessing the layoffs and HCL delayed layoffs will take place first.
