I know many people are worried right now about what's coming, but take it from somebody who has already been impacted the last time, things are not as bleak as they might seem to you right now.
There are plenty of companies out there that are treating their employees better than ADS and that are doing much more interesting work.
After the first shock, being laid off turned out to be a blessing in disguise for me. You'll be okay, just give yourself some time to adjust to the change.

They have no jobs in Columbus except for the card distribution center the rest are out sourced! Their allegiance is to Bangalore and Mexico ! Lmfao for some pathetic 5.25 cents and hour they are not locally grown ! The people who started this company have to to flipped out ! What ever happen to this company ! They are moving towards more lay offs and more overtime ! Don’t do overtime it will jack your pay you won’t make c-ap pay more taxes and they pay less social security ! If you think for one minute your check will be larger it won’t be ! And this switching your hours don’t do this either don’t give them any satisfaction ! Let’s run them out of town !
