From what I hear in Austin, there are a dozen digital & commerce projects being executed in FY20 using the Scaled Agile methodology. Much in class and independent training has been happening for 6 + months. To follow the methodology, there participating teams will need to transform their current roles to fit the SAFe Agile model. Could be that? I know there have been several manager and VP conversations on how to get all roles defined and filled with existing resources. Outsource on roles that do not have enough experience. This would impact the business as well, especially with the announcement of a stronger digital presence with customers.
