Wouldn’t it be neat to have a legitimate suggestion box on Mysource that allowed us to submit requests on what could help our store. We work it daily, why not listen to us, DMs dont!!

If an associate should make a great suggestion. It will go wayside.
pier one does that... the company s—s and so does the products they sell
They should also hire at a need days and hours basis not just open availability people have other jobs they need to keep so advertise on what you need exactly to get the right people in there.. your wasting time and money on useless new hires that dont want to work .. educate the managers to find qualified candidates that is key.
Great idea if anyone cared what we think. They don't. We're going to get so trampled this holiday season we have nothing new to really offer. Give us your phone #, your email, what do we give you in return? Nothing.
