Tampa MGMT getting threatened to get rid of us by all means necessary. They're now writing reps up for being in outbound to much. Don't help the customer!

Management so stressed one of them lost a tooth and is walking with a cane.
Another Tampa manager put in notice that they are leaving. Even some of them have finally stopped drinking the Kool-Aid.
Techs are logging more mileage now since Frontier ended the remote parking. Having hours of drivetime everyday, 30-40 miles between tickets. We have gone backwards in the development of efficient dispatching. 30 minute load time on a job that has 30-45 minutes of drivetime, no chance of making productivity.
remote parking = parking at a ftr facility closest to your residence, central office,RSU,etc
use to be productive when they would keep you in your area, cut down on driving between jobs
What do you mean by "remote parking" ? And versus what other parking?
That has been going on for over a month now. Construction lost their remote park months ago, core and fiber for a month or so but no one else as usual. Still the same work groups bring screwed with as it has been for years.
It"s about to get interesting around here in Fla,with all the poor morale, starting Nov 2, they are taking away remote parking for alot of techs,i see this as counter -productive
The guys are going to start working Safe,,VERY SAFE,,vehicle inspections,,tool inspections,,etc
They won't be leaving yard any time soon in the morning, by following ALL the company safety guidelines
Hold on to your hats, about to get a little dusty around hear
They are all nothing but a bunch of yes men in that building. They will do what they are told. All of them are scared to have an original thought. West Virginia is in charge of that place now.
Always fun watching management drive a company into the ground. What is really ironic about all of it is the most expendable part of the equation is the manager / supervisor.
The fewer employees the fewer supervisors.
After management drives the company into failure, what ever company picks up those pieces will know better than to take the past or existing management. They however, will look for the past and present employees.
Field techs have been getting written up for frivolous b—s— too. The field managers are being forced to write people up, their manager spends all day looking for stuff to write the techs up for and jumps all over the field manager to do it. Just do what they tell you to do and Frontier will be out of money in another year or two. It's their company and broken ideas so let them run it how they see it, just stressing yourself out trying to the right thing for the customer.
