There is no one high up at this company that deserves emulation, or respect. It's run like a cult, pushing family values and transparency and morale, but no one has any value beyond a dollar sign.
Remember people, your salary is a subscription fee that a company pays for you to do work for them. That's all. Nothing more.

They made me pay them back PTO ! lol and they let me go ! They skim alright ! I say they can keep my last paycheck they actually need it more then I do !

I can't wait for the next employee survey. So many bad things have happened in the past year. I'm still fuming over the letter I got last month about Al-Sabur v. ADS. I was underpaid for four years and no one can tell me exactly how much! If the company truly valued its employees, they would correct their payroll error. Very unethical. Was it an innocent payroll error or did they skim from us on purpose? I have zero trust for this company. My prayers are with those recently unemployed. Good luck.
