Agree with @ 1gjo. Chester had to traverse a lot of those “I need to see my return now investors” who didn’t see it before he found Haloid.
This short term return mentality may just be the downfall of corporate America. If you can’t have the patience or vision to invest in the future ; then your future will be limited and you’ll miss the next be innovative “now” investment.
I believe we have a lot of Lazy Investors in Corporate America who are looking for the easy win. Personally do not believe that the lazy earn the right to future profits.
CORRECTION: He would ask us NOT to use the terms “leader or leadership in the same sentence when referring to Norwalk chiefs, presidents, vice-presidents, etc. They do not have nor have ever exhibited leadership qualities, they are just mouthpieces for Carl & Deason.
