after 30 years at padc ,and just retiringi found out i have arthritis in both knees,severe spine damage.arthriitis in my right hand,4 heart bypass surgery,and now have to use a walker to get around.tons of foced hours and heavy lifting especially in the early years,low pay,and i will never enjoy my retirement,at 66 i feel like im finished for good,my 401 is ok,,but i dont do nothing anymore,,so take care of yourself because if you dont nobody else will.
