I am really expecting HCL to get rid of us shortly after the bonus is given. Most of our responsibilities have been handed out overseas already. Anyone else expecting this?

It's supposed to be Diwali but who celebrates that and do what hcl is doing to many people! My respect goes out to the whistle blower that let that email leak out.
yup...I just got my bonus and now I am a soon-to-be-unemployed worker that will have to train my replacement. A few foreign workers with H1-B visas will be at corp for 5 weeks starting 11/4 to learn the ropes, then return to their home country to train the rest of the workers.

Are you at a core? I am, and transition going really bad, beyond pathetic, we are supposed to be 100% transitioned and barely at 25%, the F'ups are too numerous to count, customers starting to feel the effects!!
eyes have begun to shift towards UK as well - rightshore notices flagged up for various functions over the next year. Centres of excellence around the globe etc etc.
I am surprised they are keeping you long enough to get the bonus.
