No matter how safe you think you are or if you've been A rated your entire career, if you are in a field office, make a plan. They really just need to come out and say SLB is in the software and remote ops business. Operators have job bonuses taken away, but lord knows PIPs will get paid come hell or high water. The focus is on executive bonuses and platinum parachutes. Did we really need to pay PK millions to go away? He's saddled this company with so much debt and nothing to show for it, and jumped over to construction. Did we really have to pay so much in a NonCompete for him? Regular field folks will be slaughtered (again). Hoping against hope that OLP decides to cut out some of the waste at the top this go 'round.

Come on. OFS is for bottom feeders and people with ethics only to be screwed over. They will never manage to automate OFS because you can't screw over robots and it's based on high flexibility and low volume. Low batch mfg numbers coupled with insane asylums called operators cannot ever become efficient or digitally driven.
Just look at this wondeful company. 5% of its workforce is called QA/QC whilst they have or may not even reached a GED. Yet they have certificates printed by yet other oxygen wasters to do what is not required in the first place. Don't cry! Just move on and do something with your life other than supporting master thieves at the top. The world is waiting for you!
