I saw a sign on LinkedIn the other day from a CEO quote. To paraphrase:. Your brand is what people say behind closed doors. I thought about it and it is so true. I am astonished how a company like State Farm has so much money with its brand failing miserably. I am worried there will be residual effects. Executive should be concerned greatly.

With the downtown building sale it’s weird
They sold to a renovator for high rise apartments from what the news said. Affordable Rental and housing in central Illinois has been poor for some time. Cost increasing and lack of affordable safe housing.Rent is increasing every year. For Bloomington it’s too bad State Farm did their “deal” with the high rise developers from
up state. Curious whose gonna live in those expensive rentals. As a community they may get some tax dollars...But not sure whose all benefiting or networking on that deal. People need to be discerning when they see property sales like this. Too bad rent is so expensive already for most working folk. Must be gonna attract higher class people now. What a deal
