Apparently we've started permitting wells in the Powder. Hopefully we got in early enough to get a good, cheap position!

Another prospect soon to be f*c ked - up by Noble.
IP30 for offset well is ~750 BOPD and doing 250 BOPD 5 months later. Not bad for 2k/acre

How far away is the offset well? Is it several miles or a thousand yards? The stock holders in this company are tired of over promise and under delivery. What is going on over there?
We acquired it for around $2000/ac which isn't bad. We have one offset well we participated in that came in around 1800 BOPD. It should be a good play.
