Believe me, I’m over the fact that we're faced with constant insecurity and that we’re working for a lousy pay. Also I'm no expert on how to run a company, but when a business model comes don to rewarding the ones that don’t bring any actual value to the company, that can never be good. The executives, even beyond c-suite level are handsomely”rewarded for their “work” while the store level employees are working for peanuts and are coming to work with the thought that it could be the last day. How many front line jobs that actually bring the money in could be saved if only one executive pay is cut. oit that that’s ever gonna happen, but definitely something worth thinking about.

What to expect when corporation is controlled by hedge fund? Ever notice you are doing high levels of business working on a pre-2011 model? Managers at all levels have been screwed over. Look at debt on the balance sheet. Up significantly since 2015. HD cast offs have taken over and a case can be made it is a wholesale pillage of the company.
Yeet the rich
say one of the lower execs make 2 million and a cashier brings in 25,000 a year. that would amount to 80 jobs. wherein low man on the totem pole positions are important....the skills are easily replaceable...hence the pay. theoretically as you move of the pole the positions are paid higher because finding someone that poses certain skills, traits, abilities is in greater demand and harder to find.
wherein executive pay has become so unbelievably bloated there should be an obvious reason why theyre paid much more. the average cashier will never pose whats needed to run a corporation from the back end and thats if they even show up for work at all. after-all in a simplistic sort of way "the products on the shelf doesnt just get there by accident."
and before i get downranked.....this group of execs could mess up a wet dream. theres a reason why marvin and joe started at the literal bottom and somehow now have the positions they hold. even people will some ability and a college degree dont start out where they did. theyre mo–ns...but theyre sneaky, conniving and willing to do damn their souls to hell in order to make a buck.
When a corporation realizes that the most important person is the one that effects the company the most when they aren't there, then they will succeed.
I'm not talking one person; let me explain...
If the CEO didnt show up for a day, a few days, what is the immediate impact?
Now, say no cashiers show up, what is the impact? No one to take the customers money, big impact.
How about loaders, no help to the customer. They will think twice before coming back.
Customer Service.... a customer needs to return or exchange an item, no service, maybe they won't return.
Put value in what brings people in to the store. If Marvin visits a store, sales do not increase. Provide more associates, and watch what happens.
