MSM and MSS leadership training

Any other markets having a leadership training class the first week of NOvemebr? I know region 3 DMSM are in Atlanta this week for 2 day meetings. Yes. Leadership training has been confirmed as in I received an email today.

MSM to go salary, hours will be 4am to 3pm or 12 pm till 11pm depending on the pilot. Mss will be overnights when the roll out mst 3rd shift. Corporate deployment analysis will still add id–tic resets to smart project that will interfere will service hours, remember we must move the needle the blood map must be green! And by the way we only pay mst associates at 13.34 hr but request the give larbor of a 18 an hr specialist . Ol yea the Dmsm will still say thank you for all the horrible id–tic task, service you do cause I have no clue since I have never done the job before I just got kept or promoted because I knew the right person.. remember if you dont support customers you support the id–ts that make these plans and change them constantly....God Bless

If your referring to two MSS per district structure. How would one Travel and run an overnight reset team with 12 plus stores alone? The travel expense alone would be stupid. Pay an entire team to travel 2-300 miles to a store, hotel etc. I could see if you had a night lead and day auditor per pod but not over the entire district. This would mean they would have to hire additional MSS positions or whatever the new position would be to cover both pods in a district. Just my 2 cents

Major changes comings. Why on earth would we all be having leadership training at the beginning of the 4th quarter? MSM soon to report directly to DMSM. MSS’s job change to Project leads for reset team at nights. One MSS per district to do audits. Reset nights. Service days. MSM to be over day service and small resets. I.E. In aisle pods, endcaps

Lowe's gets what they pay for... You want 3rd party to hold up your failed idea of "service" then you get what you pay for. We are literally told not to do the program as intended, no 100/90/10, just front face and move on...what's the point? Why pay out 3rd party labor to not even do what is required? Screw Mark. I literally work to my pay rate, ohh you want me to do the hiring as well, Pay Me.

Just noticed the walk program has our nametages on the audit. Thesevpeople have no clue...lets sudit and worry about a nametag having safety days on it. These corporate people really have no idea what is going on.

Since the extra leadership this program has gone down the tubes. Corporate is not doing one thing to help the stores, but yet they walk to pick apart everything that we do. We get zero support and they hsve no idea what they are doing. I think the glooring reset was a pergect ecample of that.
