Been at Cameron for 7 years and we were always producing in house. SLB takes over and now outsourcing everything. Then we have to rework it but hey at least you saved $10 a part then spent two hours reworking the same part. We lost our profit sharing. The only raises are not for performance but for the a– kissers. Don't get me started on the fact that we don't even know who our bosses are anymore. Top heavy and that is the way SLB likes it. Lay off the workers but keep the office people. Yes I am looking and will leave at the first chance I get.

Did the same to M-I and Sweco. These companies are horrible now.

SLB has a recipe for destroying great companies they acquire. This example is the same as many before. I’m glad I left.
