The Regional Sales Managers should be let go as well. Their position is totally worthless!!!

If Marvin wants to cut, then start cutting the FAT at the Regional and District level. Highly overpaid do-nothing positions.

The STORES need help on the FLOOR to SERVICE CUSTOMERS!

Totally agree- does anyone know what Market Level employees and above make?
As it relates to floor associates- jaws would drop as to how much these folks make.
No cash registers at Market Level, not bringing in any $, but the cost ( salaries, benefits and perks) is astounding.

For what? They can walk through a store and make the rakes are lined up with each other. I literally had a MD chew the SM and myself because 2 rakes were in with the shovels. Glad the priorities are aligned.

When you consider what floor associates are paid as compared to these “executives” we could easily gain 4 floor associates in exchange for one executive. Sounds like a win to me!
