This is all inline with all of the discrimination activities at Chevron. This will be another opportunity for more white males to be let go and put more women into positions of power. The company is falling apart with all of the bad choices the current CEO is making. D&C is falling apart from DP and KM choices and it has followed into HES where DP is now leading. My wife is in FE and she is saying almost the same thing is happening there. If you are in D&C HES and a white male, your career is over. If you are a white male in FE, there still may be a chance. I hear all of the 50 year old white males talking ever day about how they are being overlooked for promotions to make room for the young females. Stay away from Chevron if you are a white male.
