State Farm promotes family, neighbor, and community. Think about how big of a hoax that is when you force people away from their family, neighbor and community. Think of how they have divided the family unit for greed and profit. Remember at who's expense did they profit from. They sell you technology and we have to do it to stay in business. Believe it? Heck no, I don't! Don't ever let them take your family nor your values. This is USA NOT CHINA!

Most of these decisions can be laid at the feet of the current ceo.
Weird thing is people complain about how horrible it is but stay. If you are unhappy find a job that will make you happy. Don't waste your life being miserable.
Any wise mechanic knows, if it isn't broke, don't fix it!
And what makes this even worse is that they're not really "profiting" from these decisions at all. State Farm executive leadership has a long history of failures. The base business of the company (started long before they took over) and the strong financial markets have kept the company strong in spite of them, not because of them.
Most of the big decisions they've made over the last decade can be traced back to huge financial losses, if taken on a line item by line item basis and weighed against what would have been had they just maintained the status quo.
