They can talk about changes, cost savings, efficiency all they want , but in my 10 years at Lowe’s I have never seen a faster and a bigger drop in the quality of work at my store, then I’ve seen in the last year. I believe the same situation is at other stores as well. If this continues, I believe it’s just a matter of time before the sales start dropping rapidly

Coincidentally this corresponds to the massive drop in the quality of leadership at the corporate level.
