On one hand, you want a job with a company that pays well and has your best interests in mind, however in order to do that the company must do several things. 1) Satisfy customer with good products. 2) Satisfy investors by always increasing profits. 3) pay employees well. Problem is all 3 cannot coexist. If you want good pay plus good 401k it's not going to happen. By all of us being mini investor s we are screwing ourselves out a job. That is what has taken presidence, investment s, forget about the worker.
