Can former employees fill it out? Somebody send me a link.
OP: That seems unlikely.
If they got rid of every manager that agreement employees didn't like there would be no managers left at UP.
The idea that UP actually cares about what their employees think is laughable. I don't know what UP plans to do with the survey data, but it probably won't be used to make anything any better for anyone working there.
That’s the problem, they don’t trust any employee.
I cant believe up still trusts thier employees enough to do this.
I guess there is enough koolaid drinkers around still

Just how low is Mark Smith's IQ?
He's got to be the biggest laugh when he arrives in the glass palace.

I filled a survey out. Took me 45 minutes!!!! They waste my time ill waste theirs.
Absolute waste of time. If UP higher up bozos truly gave a $#it they would of listened to the employees when they visited the yards. Employees told them how they could improve scheduling, do something to compensate the loss of seniority, and many other great ideas. There response was basically are hands are tied, we cant do anything to help, but let us know how we can help..???? Than why come and waste everyones time.
You’ve got a better chance of writing a letter to your favorite celebrity and them coming to your door saying the letter changed their life and they want to make you their personal life agent than anyone at UP reading or caring about anything you put in their survey.
My favorite line from UP HR when discussing quality of life: “Make sure you’re getting your time off.” Wtf does that even mean? Are you telling me to call in sick?
Yeah right! First off the surveys are automatically sent to those who quit due to an automatic generator. They do that instead of exit interviews because.....nobody cares! As far as management being let go they’ll prob keep the ones who get the lowest rating.
At this point any employee engagement survey is a joke (highly doubt it has any bearing on which managers are keeping their jobs) if they actually listened to the employees the company wouldn’t be experiencing the massive exodus of people quitting (aside from those furloughed) that has been happening. That being said rumors are those that have taken the leap (voluntarily) from the company have been receiving surveys those would be interesting to see what they are asking.
