So when is the announcement? It appears that there are posts relating to BO and somebody floated the 24'th as the date things would happen.

Icahn Enterprises made a deal with Carlyle.
The internet chatter (See Seeking Alpha and Yahoo comments lately) is that Carlyle is behind both of these recent stock-for-debt deals and they aim to take CHK Private.
