Over $15 a hour with few exemptions being cabinet designers and a few specialists. Even then they are looking at pay rate and want to eliminate those over the new pay bands coming out in October.

Don't think they will do any more cuts till next year centric scheduling will be rolling out company wide I can see them getting rid of sales specialist they have to have sales people and home Depot still has specialist would not make sense they would be shooting themselves in the foot they want to be at 60 percent selling and 40 percent tasking by the end of 2020
