The DMSM in my market has his head so far up the market directors azz he needs to come up for air every now and then. Has zero idea what he is doing and is ruining this program.

After a lot of thought , they have decided to put more 6 months on the job managers in place to micro manage the people who really do know their job .... They got this
We had a guy show that had been offered three nights work (via an app) with our MSTs. Seeing the ankle monitor gave me complete faith in his decision making skills and I'm ssssoooo comfortable being locked inside a building against my will with him.

Most of the MSTs are good ,, it's the management and the program that is broke
Our mst's are great in central Florida without them our store would really be jacked up
I can believe the companies are paying for the MST program , if they are they not as smart as the micro managing , want to be dictators that Lowe's has in charge of it
Its the leadership not in the stores ruining the program.
The PSA program worked and was staffed by experienced adults.
MST is a Total Fracking Joke!
They start resets all over the store. They don’t finish any of them. The store looks like shizzit. And yes, they’re just kids playing. They do whatever they want, when they want. There is no accountability, or structure to the program!
Everyone knows carving Marvin and his bunch only fixes what ain't broke ... They just ride what is broke out , like there is nothing wrong
I think the program is a joke myself put up stuff then take it down the next it's it's ridiculous. They need to be working nights stay out of our way stay out of the customers away. That's just my opinion. I have nothing against the associates is just a program s—s. You got people running the program that don't know what the hell they're doing you're so sure it's even tell us that. Unorganized. Micro managed it's ridiculous. Get your c-ap together put it back like it used to. What's wrong with Lowe's there's just one part of it right there upper management thinks they know what the hell they're doing they really don't it's a simple frigid task get it done move on to the next get off the sales for get away from the customers work at night if you don't like it find another job.
Funny everyone who joined the mst program from the sales floor at my store got a raise.
I think the term is small handed not short handed.
Work us 50 plus hours a week, Bc we are short handed
But , they are cheap
