Glassdoor has UP CEO back down to 11% approval

It seems that the constant stream of fake reviews on Glassdoor still isn't enough to keep his approval ratings at 12%. The UP review troops seem to be holding the line over at Indeed though.

Keep leaving reviews until he gets to 0%. It won't change anything, but it will show people how toxic the UP culture is.

Question: who are the 11% percent who actually approve of the job he's doing?

The UP corporate A-holes don't care about the glassdoor site. You know who does though, that's right the Board of Directors! If the Board sees his job performance decline, litigation issues go up, and instability becomes a problem, then the Board can take a vote to have him removed. Although that pasty sh– is the chairman of the board, he can still be voted out. Folks, the constant negative reviews are working. We need to keep the pressure on. Don't give up. Lance Fritz can be removed from his chair, if the board can be persuaded to do so. It's really that simple.

How comes every time someone makes a post about Glassdoor and the ceo rating dropping some UP steam club member has to say UP doesn’t care about that. Well no kidding buddy if UP actually cared then the ceo wouldn’t have an approval rating of 11%. I can assure you that thousands of well qualified people wouldn’t work for UP in a heartbeat. UP is a joke and it isn’t even on college graduates radar anymore. Even on the agreement level word has gotten around especially with the way furloughs are going lately. And btw, the purpose of Glassdoor isn’t for UP to care. It’s to educate potential job applicants.

I know for a fact that the CEO Lance Fritz cares more about money than he does the safety of the general public and the safety of his employees. I have been employed with them for almost 20 yrs and have never seen such poor management and inability to lead a corporation. I am ashamed to be associated with this company. When people ask me where I am employed I tell them I work at the sewer plant.

I’ve noticed occasionally it’ll spike to like 14 or 15% and then return lower. Guess Glassdoor has their hands full deleting all the fake reviews. As for the 11% I think a lot of the positive reviews are old and some are fake. Can’t catch them all
