people having to do case triage to figure out (who knows) their exit date: ask manager, ask hr, ask co-worker...we get it...that is why Vicky said “Oxy did not layoff employees”...
Exit dates are 10/3 & 10/17.
Very slow movement on VSP's and it seems only high level managers so far.
We are over 1 week from the Thursday deadline so we should see more this week or go to overtime.
I got the email also.
Rumor on our floor that there is a living actual person that has the VSP deal signed. My understanding is that anytime starting tomorrow and for the next 2-3 weeks +delays? for everyone to get an answer.
Next week we should see movement besides the one employee above.
Many in my group did not get the email. They inquired and were told they have not received their VSP and it must be emailed. Had to call GSC due to receiving an error when sending. It's a cluster
Don't count on anything timely.......... they are really struggling with this complicated business stuff.
