What’s going on with the fleet side? Admins getting laid off across the nation...anyone else being eliminated?

There was a press release years ago where our former CEO described some of our moves in the future toward building our company and one of them was outsourcing sales management. It didn't say anything else about sales in it. I just Googled a search to find it quick and found other things but not it. I am sure if you look hard enough you will find it. It was between 5 and 12 years ago. Much of this was planned 12 years ago. I didn't read the Harvard article but I know Pepsico was working with them so you might find more if you search.
