We miss our FSA at my store. Sure he had the peronsality of a bag of rocks and let that being in charge of the safety committee thing go to his head; but he fixed things.
We have several things broken and they don’t seem to be getting fixed like the sink in the women’s room, the tile saw, and half of the paint desk doesn’t work.
I guess Marvin is saving money to raise the stock price and that’s all that matters.
Been in several stores since I was sacked July 31st. Over poor appearance. Home Depot even looks better. Finding broken paper dispensers in the rest rooms. Guess they didn't get the executive key (dispenser key) back from the FSAs. I do not feel bad for them. I feel bad for the next group involved in the cost cutting that is around the corner. In my research on the Help wanted sites, found one of the cleaning companies looking for MGRS and cleaners to work in LOWES and stores like it. Had to laugh as my stomach turned. No benis available to the workers. All MGRS are expected to document completed work with IPAD-ISH type devices and replace poor workers when complaints accumulate. Then train the replacements. Sorry all. Just replace Marvin and get it all back to safe and clean again. The guy is a corporate pirate and looser.
I use the unis-x bathroom as do most of the associates at my store. I’m tired of hearing how someone needs to clean up the restrooms at my store. Every time I use the regular restrooms with my vest on there is someone saying to me “you need to clean this up!”
We’ve had a variety of people in to clean; Hispanic family who brought their kids, scary looking hood-rats, a guy who looks like comic store guy on the Simpson’s.
We had a young, 20ish, half asleep black girl for 3 days. She just kept going to the break room and sit. Then no one for days. Then we got and milenial guy. Lazy, don't care attitude. Lasted 2 daydms. Then we got a late 20s guy. He did a great job, but he did like to talk. An a– hat ASM complained and now we got no one. Trash cans overflowing. In protest, people putting paper towels on the urinals and flooding the bathroom. I hate going there with a vest on, because I have to listen to complaints or explain why the store loOKs like it does.
