Why?
- Expense ratio is the lowest in 15 years
- Employee Opinion Survey results have shot up this year considerably
+437,000 autos through last week
- EIP (employee profit sharing) is 150% of target
- our growth, for the first time is years, is PROFITABLE
- just expanded employee benefits
We are having a great year. It seems to me only disgruntled employees come on this site when the truth is, many are happy, including me.
