A class action? Really? Do you know what a class action lawsuit is? That lawsuit won't go anywhere with evidence of negligence or gross ethics violations. You would still have to have enough petitions to warrant an investigation. Then there's the funding side. Who's paying for it if you lose? The UP furloughing employees is not enough for a class action without factual evidence of wrongdoing. What it will do is focus the bad attention in the UP's direction. The UP doesn't want that right now. Good luck to you though in your class action lawsuit. Hell, you'll have a better chance with publicly exposing the UP for the BS company it is online then winning that lawsuit

If we at houston service unit can get about 20 more carman to come forward we will have one for management instructing carman not to do there job and much more to come..
